Professional, Customer-focused, Reliable under pressure! I’ll definitely be contacting Hartzell Electric again for future enhancements we discussed. I was preparing to have my home interior painted when I realized electrical work needed to be done first. With little time and no idea who to call, I noticed a Hartzell Electric van in my neighborhood. Luke responded quickly, took the time to answer my questions, and offered helpful suggestions. He surveyed the job, scheduled a day, and when my painters moved their start date earlier — shrinking an already tight window — Luke made sure the work was completed on time.

I was really impressed with Luke Hartzell. We purchased a new house and had a tricky puzzle on how to run new electric for a replacement heat pump. Luke came out multiple times and diligently helped us figure out the best way to solve the problem, coordinated with our HVAC contractor, and found a solution that was very inexpensive for me (when another electrician would have probably tried to quote me on a bigger project than necessary). I'll definitely be going back to Hartzell for bigger jobs.
Wow! I am so glad that I found Luke- from start to finish, he was communicative, eager, professional and went over and above my expectations! His pricing is fair, but keep in mind that he does MORE than you would expect. He patched every hole, ready for painting, cleaned up and made sure that we were absolutely happy before he left. I could not be happier with the professionalism and workmanship of Luke and his crew Sam, Dan and Luis…Their prices were great. I called 5 different companies, 2 never called back and 1 tried quoting me over the phone. I spoke with Luke, he came out within 2 days, provided a quote with 48 hours and scheduled my job, all within a week. I had recessed lights installed and some other electrical work and I could not be happier! Thanks guys! You are my new electricians!

Luke did a great job installing a 2nd story cathedral ceiling fan in our family room! Not a job I could have tackled myself. He also installed Lutron lights in our home and linked everything up, even set up the app for me, then connected everything to Alexa on our Amazon Show. He made everything easy to understand and simplified the whole setup for us. Luke was very professional and was meticulous afterwards cleaning everything up, explaining all of the features of the fan and remote capabilities.
Luke has been doing our electrical work for years. Very professional, honest, quality work, and we highly recommend him!

Hartzell was amazing to work with - They have been out to the house a couple of times and their work has been exceptional . They are professional, courteous, on time, and their appointment reminders are extremely helpful. I highly recommend Hartzell for all size electrical projects.
I was refereed to Hartzell Electric by my brother. We are in the process of finishing the basement. I called around for a few estimates before reaching out to Hartzell Electric, but never heard back. The first time I called Hartzell Electric, Luke picked up on the second ring. We discussed my project and he was able to make it out to physically take a look within 2-3 days. Once I told him what I wanted to do, he was very knowledgeable about what could be done and gave me different options to choose from. He even made me think about a few things, I didn't even think about through our discussion. Once we came up with a game plan, Hartzell Electric returned a few days later to start roughing in the electrical. I must say, they were on time, professional and friendly. They roughed in all the outlets, high hats, switches and additional circuits within hours. Before leaving they cleaned up after themselves and it looked even better then it did before. After drywall tape and spackle took place, Hartzell Electric returned to put the finishings on. Housings for the high hats, outlets and outlet colors, covers for the switches. Once again cleaned up and left everything looking better then it did upon arrival. I must say, I would recommend Hartzell Electrical to anyone that needs electrical work done. They get in knock out what your request in a timely and professional manner. They are a big part of bringing my vision of the basement to life. I plan on having them back in the future for more work, as we continue to do renovations on our home.

If you're looking for help with an electrical job, I would absolutely recommend Hartzell Electric. I had a few electrical projects around the house that Hartzell Electric helped with. From the initial meeting for the estimate, to the day Luke worked in my house, he was professional the entire time . Luke took the time to walk me through a few ideas and explained the projects and what he would be doing. While Luke was here, he was neat, clean and took care of my house. Luke replied to me within a day whenever I reached out to him. I will be calling up Hartzell Electric for my next project. Definitely an electrician that I can trust!
I would HIGHLY recommend Hartzell Electric! Luke took the time to figure out to use a conduit I had to put in a coax cable. He saved me A LOT of money that I was quoted from other electricians to put in a new one. Great to work with, honest and very reasonable! Will definitely be using Hartzell Electric in the future!
I have used Hartzell Electric on several different occasions, including an electrical panel replacement and service upgrade. I could not have been more impressed. Fair price and great work ! Very responsive and accommodating. We had a fair amount of work done from chandelier and ceiling fan replaced to new lights in the office and family room. They even saved us money by repairing a shaky ceiling fan rather than jump to replacement.
