"I was refereed to Hartzell Electric by my brother. We are in the process of finishing the basement. I called around for a few estimates before reaching out to Hartzell Electric, but never heard back. The first time I called Hartzell Electric, Luke picked up on the second ring. We discussed my project and he was able to make it out to physically take a look within 2-3 days. Once I told him what I wanted to do, he was very knowledgeable about what could be done and gave me different options to choose from. He even made me think about a few things, I didn't even think about through our discussion. Once we came up with a game plan, Hartzell Electric returned a few days later to start roughing in the electrical. I must say, they were on time, professional and friendly. They roughed in all the outlets, high hats, switches and additional circuits within hours. Before leaving they cleaned up after themselves and it looked even better then it did before. After drywall tape and spackle took place, Hartzell Electric returned to put the finishings on. Housings for the high hats, outlets and outlet colors, covers for the switches. Once again cleaned up and left everything looking better then it did upon arrival. I must say, I would recommend Hartzell Electrical to anyone that needs electrical work done. They get in knock out what your request in a timely and professional manner. They are a big part of bringing my vision of the basement to life. I plan on having them back in the future for more work, as we continue to do renovations on our home."
